This is for Winnie & Walter's 1st Birthday Bash CAS + Freestyle Collage Challenge where we were supposed to make a Birthday card. I white embossed a stamp from the Pennant set over some distress ink smooshed watercolor paper. I trimmed around and popped it up on foam tape.
