Let Hope




Time Out has a great photo inspiration for challenge #38.   My blue tones are different, but I used the silver (embossed) anchor, the stripes and a pop of red. The middle stripe looks grey but it's stamped with an old, quite dry silver pigment ink pad so IRL it has flashes of silver on the edges of the image.  I stamped around the edge of the card base with the same stamp and pale ink as the top stripe to tie the layers together.  I'll also put this into SSS Wednesday Challenge.
